Can you add a bathroom in a basement in Pincourt?
Often, yes. It depends on the available space and the plumbing. PO checks these points during the visit.
Do we keep a bathroom during the work?
If there's another one in the house, yes. Otherwise, PO plans the order of the work to keep the time without a bathroom as short as possible.
Do you travel in Pincourt?
Yes. Pincourt is part of the area served by SB, based in Hudson.
Do you need a permit to renovate in Pincourt?
Many projects require a municipal permit. PO tells you what to check with the Town of Pincourt before you start.
