This project documented by SB brought together two jobs: create a bathroom in the cold room space and add a window to the bedroom to meet the egress standard and bring in light.

The need: an extra bathroom and a bedroom to bring up to what the project required.
The basement had a cold room that could be converted. The bedroom also needed a window for the egress standard and to get more light.

During: changing the use of the space and opening up the bedroom.

The cold room was turned into a bathroom. The bedroom got a new window to meet the egress standard and bring in light.
